The videos below are examples of how I get feedback regarding the impact of my paintings. I ask the viewer to focus on their emotional reactions and feelings only and not doing an intellectual analysis of what they objectively see. I also instruct the viewers that there are no right and wrong answers. Their experience is the focus and per definition right. I ask them in particular  not to praise the painting or say anything just to please me.

In the videos below three people are confronted with the very same painting, entitled " Tango child". As can be seen from the videos, the same painting has a very different emotional impact on the three people. The conclusion from this and other similar video confrontations is that it is not possible for me as an artist to guess which emotional impact my paintings have, because we all have different emotional and social learnings through our life. .
